The Japanese words “Mizu Kyu-nishite Tsuki wo Nagasazu” were chosen as the theme for the garden. “Sui” means water and “Kyu” means steep, “Fu” means not, “Nagare” means flow and “Tsuki” means moon. These words mean the reflecting moon in flowing water never flows out even if the flow of the stream becomes faster. In other words, though the world is changing very fast like a rapid stream, truth never changes. I would like to create a garden of which visiting people can look at themselves, release their minds and realize what is the most important thing and refresh themselves.
